What Training Develops at Ages 7–15

Some athletes second-guess themselves, hang back from anything unfamiliar, or would rather not try than risk doing it wrong in front of other people.
A common starting point for ages 7–15

Elite gives an athlete structured challenges with a coach standing right there: a skill is demonstrated, broken down, practiced, corrected, and then performed under appropriate pressure. Progress is earned in front of the class rather than handed out, so the athlete can point to something real.
Supported attempts. Specific feedback. Earned progress.

Over time this can look like starting a drill without waiting for reassurance, recovering more calmly after a mistake, and speaking and moving with more certainty.
Growth is earned through real attempts—not handed out.
The First Experience
One payment covers the whole first experience. If your child does not enjoy it, your $20 is fully refundable.
Right after payment you choose a time for the included 30-minute private introduction. It happens before group classes begin.
Your athlete learns the foundations, sees the facility, and hears the expectations in a lower-pressure setting.
After the introduction, your athlete joins regular Elite group classes for two weeks. You decide afterward whether continuing is right for your family.

What the $20 Trial Includes
Regular Class Schedule
The two weeks of group classes begin after the private introduction is complete. New athletes are guided into Thursday sparring by a coach only once they are ready for it.
The Journey Ahead
Every belt represents earned progress—not only in technique, but in focus, discipline, resilience, control, and responsibility. Athletes move forward by meeting the standards of each stage, one step at a time.
Chapter 01
Athletes learn the class rhythm, foundational technique, training habits, and how to accept coaching with confidence.
Chapter 02
Training becomes more precise as athletes connect skills, improve control, work with partners, and respond to increasingly detailed correction.
Chapter 03
Higher ranks require greater consistency, composure, effort, and responsibility. Athletes are expected to demonstrate the standards they have spent years developing.
Chapter 04
Black Belt is an earned milestone—not the end of development. It represents the foundation for the athlete’s next level of training, leadership, and personal growth.
Advancement is earned through consistent training and demonstrated readiness. Belt advancement is not part of the two-week trial—but the habits that make advancement possible begin with the first class.
