Most frequent questions and answers about our competitive cheer program.
These titles are based off age groups and have nothing to do with a skill level at all. Teams are divided by age based on birth year to ensure fair competition.
- Mini: 6-9 years old
- Youth: 7-12 years old
- Junior: 9-15 years old
- Senior: 12-19 years old
No prior experience is required. Athletes are evaluated based on readiness, effort, and coachability.
Practice frequency varies by team. Specific practice schedules are reviewed during the Parent Meeting.
Teams attend regional competitions throughout the season, with most events located within 2–2.5 hours. A tentative schedule will be shared at the Parent Meeting.
Competitive cheer includes monthly tuition and a seasonal program fee. Program fees cover competition registrations, coaching, choreography, music, uniform, shoes, and bow. Full investment details and payment options are reviewed at the Parent Meeting.
Team placements are determined based on skill readiness, effort, coachability, and overall team fit following evaluations.
Competitive cheer requires consistent attendance. Regular practice participation is essential for athlete development, team safety, and competition readiness.
Full attendance policies and expectations will be reviewed at the Parent Meeting prior to season commitment.
Families will receive placement decisions along with next steps, commitment details, and season expectations after evaluations and the Parent Meeting.
